Service and communication from this shop is outstanding. I received my wheel in the time quoted- it shipped overnight from New Zealand. Delay in opening the box was on my end, LOL! Work got in the way. I stained it and the next day put it together. After a few minutes of fiddling around I was spinning!
My only suggestion is for Ashford: the Phillips screws used to attach the maidens and the mother-of-all to the wheel frame were just not up to the job. We used our own - much better!
