It broke,had a pellet stuck and the guy said it ,this happened

This person got a pellet stuck in the barrel. Took rifle to a shop and they did not remove the moderator and put a rod down through the moderator and beat it with a hammer to get the pellet out and broke it. How am i responsible for that ?

The one I received looks canted by half a degree after putting it on my rifle. I tested it against my DonnyFL that is just an inch taller and a inch in diameter smaller. The DonnyFL still works a little better. In the picture the DonnyFL has blue tape on it.
