The battery that the seller sent to me was not in good operating condition and failed well short of normal operation at 10 percent of normal capacity. I explained this and more to the seller in messages that I have sent requesting a full refund for this purchase. The seller replied with an accusatory and threatening message and lied about how he had marked the battery. Again I sent a message to clarify the seller's assumptions and accusations but the seller didn't reply or approved the return.

After many messages and a $12 refund offer, I requested a return and it was approved. The seller accepted the return and I was refunded in full for the item. Thank You.
