    Item arrived damaged. The pump was not packed for parcel shipping. Seller blamed FedEx, and filed a damage claim which I suspect was denied. The seller has good intensions, but seems to have limited experience with shipping and packaging. This item was packed for freight transport by the OEM and probably would have arrived in good order had it shipped via LTL. I would buy from this seller again, next time buy I would make sure the seller's intended shipping and packing methods are appropriate.
