It was described as an unlocked phone and in fact it was a locked AT&T phone so I'm having to return it

The buyer selected the worst condition offered "Heavy" stating heavy scratches on the screen and body and then is unhappy that the phone has heavy scratches? 4 different conditions are offered please select a better condition at higher prices and you will get a better condition phone. UNREASONABLE
