Seller denied delivered package was from his location and issue was investigated further at USPS and by seller. There has been much seller and my involvement and communication attempting to resolve issue on multiple levels. Both seller and myself resolved issue amicably and reached an acceptable and fair resolution for both parties. I would purchase and recommend seller in future based this resolved issue

Shipping was a bit slow but that appears to have been a USPS issue, not the seller; for some reason it was processed twice at the same regional postal center in FL over the course of 4 days and returned to the local PO in between, before finally being sent on its way.
