Good quality concentrated. I wouldn't trust any other brand. if you're a woman it will help you raise your libido and balance your hormones. If you are a man and trying to be abstinent or work on spiritual purification, this will help you with temptation. My only complaint is that the item appear to be of older stock and although came completely and safely sealed, the lid was broken. I took one pill at night for a while--it messed up my sleep and I didn't feel any better, so I quit it. About 6 months later I came across the bottle again and READ THE DIRECTIONS which said to take 2 in the am.
