    Product works to lower blood pressure. I had a DR appt & though the DR would put me on meds but my pressure was normal so no prescription was given. I would strongly recommend.

    Not a good HBP medicine Substitute

    I expect results. Period!, If it does not work, then my question is why? So it has no value or quality to speak about. Therefore, I would not recommend this to my friends or family, and I threw the remainder of the box in the trash. I gave it two weeks. It did not bring MY blood pressure into range 120/80, my goal, neither did it maintain a daily low blood pressure reading. Lower than what? 160/87.

    Helps our blood pressure

    Off meds. We brew one teabag and one bengal tea AM and pm. Veggie fruit smoothie with almond milk am. Exercise 5 mins on bike. Blood pressure is 110/70. Lost weight. Hope it works for you. Amazed
