This customer is very mischievous. She claimed two weeks before delivery. Due to her constant pressure we honored her claim. The next day she was still asking about her refund which was now up to ebay to process and told us she got the tea. She went further to send us a picture of a tea in a different package than what was sent saying was expired. We still tried to work with customer & accepted . She constantly torture us with loads of messages and hence her attempt to tarnish our reputation
