Although this was a tad smaller than I had expected (not much), it is absolutely beautiful. I was disappointed that the seller couldn't recommend the best lightbulbs when asked, only regurgitating the specs required. However, this still needs five stars for several reasons. 1) The lamp is absolutely beautiful; 2) It arrived quickly; 3) You are able to tighten the screws on the different components making it very sturdy without some of the wobbling you get from others; 4) Excellent packaging.

Another drop ship store.. only offered refund rather than replacement like time is not an issue. I dont have time to waste on sending this item back. I needed it when i needed it and it said it was NIB so i was shocked to see several tools missing and pink paint on the tools. Time is important, not all problems can be fixed by a simple refund. I didn't have time to send all these tools back and wait 2 weeks for new ones to arrive, so i cut my losses. Horrible experience .

THE BUYER CLAIMED THERE WERE NUMEROUS ITEMS MISSING AND OTHER ITEMS HAD PINK PAINT. NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN IN 2800 PLUS SALES OF THIS ITEM. BUYER WANTED ITEMS REPLACED BUT THERE WERE TOO MANY ISSUES TO DO THIS SO A RETURN OF THE ITEM THEN A REORDER WAS THE ONLY OPTION. WHEN I SAW BUYER WAS FRUSTRATED, I ASKED WHAT I COULD DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. REPLY WAS NOTHING...HE NEEDED THE TOOLS AND COULD NOT WAIT SO HE WAS GOING TO “CUT HIS LOSSES” . OBVIOUSLY, THERE WAS NO WAY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.
