    MTHFR Issues

    I have had genetic testing which has shown issues with methylation. Because of this, it is imperative that I take methyl folate and methyl B12.     My wife is taking this with a regimen of other vitamins recommended by her Neurologist as treatment for neuropathy. It would be impossible to tell if Folate has made a marked difference. Query me in a year and I'll tell you how she is doing. John

    Active Form of Folic Acid

    I like being able to take this as a tiny tablet. I already take too many capsules for other stuff. This product gives you the maximum amount allowable in a supplement. Good for your heart plus other benefits.

    Much more effective than folic acid at a comparable price

    I was advised several years ago to take L-Methylfolate in stead of the regular folic acid due to its ability to be absorbed by the body much quicker and in a greater percentage. I have shopped around and found the Life Extension brand to be an excellent value.

    This product really lowered my homocysteine.

    The main thing I like about this folic acid is that it is 1,000 mcg. but is really small and easy to swallow. Life Extension is an excellent brand and has a lot of good supplements.
