    Best of the Firm DVD

    Three workouts: Cardio Dance Slim Down, Club Dance, and Get Chisel'd. Cardio Dance is highly choreographed which I don't enjoy bc I am more frustrated trying to learn the moves. Entertaining to watch, though. Club Dance is a bit easier to follow. Get Chisel'd is very tough in a few moves: the push ups and squat thrusts and cardio bursts are more suited for advanced. You can lower the pace, as usual, if needed. Didn't realize that these were the three workouts on this DVD. I already had two of the workouts. Should have done more research before purchasing.
