This one is much faster, has 2 batteries and has all the current windows 11 features making it an exceptional buy for the price. I have no complaints about cosmetic condition. This is just what I need. I use it at public wifi Hotspot areas though as my phone is my primary internet. Although it is used, the configuration is up to date. I highly recommend this seller

The Toughbook I bought arrived as described. The batteries weren't in great condition, but they weren't guaranteed so I can't complain. Plus, after contacting the seller they sent out replacements, they too were not in great shape, but again; not guaranteed. They were decent at keeping up communication as well and did their best to give assistance when needed. Lastly, the item was shipped expediently and arrived as described and in well protected packaging. Thanks fellas, she'll serve me well.
