Items arrived defective and box was badly damaged. Requested a return but seller kept refusing returns even though they say they accept returns. Tried to offer partial refund for defective item. Item was clearly not new as listed. When I just chose to accept the partial refund, seller would not issue unless I left a positive review. Had to ask ebay to step in to finally end the case. Seller responded quick, but the whole process was horrible.
