    Item as described, well-packed, shipping was another story. I bought this item 10 Sept. The shipping label was created 7 days later, 17 Sept. USPS picked it up 11 days later, 26 Sept. From then on it was pretty standard arriving 4 days later, 30 Sept. No communication from the seller on the long delay. I hope there was no family or medical emergency, or extreme weather. Who knows? Caboose Hobbies was a premier outfit back in the day with an international reputation. Not anymore, I guess.
