I needed a dual boot w10/XP to run older software. Before purchase they assessed the compatibility between their machines, the OS, and my software. They installed a dual boot and the software that was needed to fit my requirements. Unit arrived in perfect condition with the correct software. A glitch was discovered in one of the old XP programs which they fixed by updating that software. Everything now works perfectly.
