Seller, sao-electronics sent this oscilloscope immediately after accepting my offer. It is exactly as described in the photos. Seller was very responsive. I have not had time to use it yet but powered it up and it seems to be in fine condition. My condition rating is appropriate for an item that may have been new in 1989 (or shortly thereafter). A ding on the facade is visible in the photos, but otherwise very nice.

Just like previous purchases, SAO got the purchase out within 24 hours, but the processing, transit, and delivery time from SAO SC location to my home in Virginia, which I suspect is outside SAO control, seems excessive.

    Excellent service!

    This part was no longer available per the manufactuer. Corecentrics saved the day! My customer did not want to buy a new range as they plan to remodel their kitchen in the next few years. Having the range repaired was the best option for my customer.

    Good Service

    The control board was discontinued mailed it in came back in a couple weeks. Our slide in stove priced out over $2000 if we went to replace it $150 is alot better. Hope the repair hold so far so good. I never did anything like this mail in service was skeptical about paying $150 up front for service I think in Illinois but couldn't be happier.
