The frame arrived completely shattered because seller packaged the art very poorly, but seller accused me of breaking it. Then they refused my return requests many times, so I had the glass frame repaired. After item was repaired, he demanded that I return the item and wasn’t going to refund me for cost of repairs. Since the seller has a good rating, EBay took his side. Unreal. Be careful buying from this scam artist.

The item description and photos clearly demonstrated that the glass had a crack on it. The item was professionally packaged and sent. Buyer intentionally bought the item, decided to shatter the glass on the frame since it already had a crack on it and get a full refund. Beware of this lying and manipulative buyer.
