Item did not appear new as stated in description, item arrived broken. Contacted seller immediately with pictures, their resolution was it must of been the post office, file a claim. I have no proof who is to blame but being where the item was broken and how it was very well packaged, in my opinion it was broken prior to shipping. USPS also declined my claim. For the over priced item that showed up broken I am absolutely disappointed with the seller as well as how they handled the situation.

For the record, The item was never removed from the original package and was not broken when I sent it and was very well packaged. One can see from the original listing photos that there was no breakage. Sadly it happened in transit and especially during the holiday package season it seems to happen more frequently. And yes, after checking the post office would have accepted a claim.
