Other said they can only fix some things but not a blank display. SAO Electronics came through! Overall, once they got the unit (I shipped it off) the turnaround was about 2 days! Super fast. Their email communications are fast too. No waiting days for responses; just hours if not less! Return shipping was prompt too. Overall - we are stoked!

In was seemed to be a very short time a reply came they have shipped. They came today on that date and a Saturday to. I was able to install them as tonight is supposed to be 37f .My elderly mom thanks you also. Much love to whom ever helped with this urgency’s.Your a real hero! And so far the switches work great on a duo therm 4 wire stat !
