Shipping was fast. There was an issue with the logistics company and one of the boxes was roughed up while in their care, resulting in some damage to the product. The company worked with the logistics company and refunded my money for the damaged item so GREAT customer service! The other shelf is great quality and condition. Easy to fold up and down as needed!

There were 2 smaller bags inside with one of those having the same tear and half the hige bags had been opened and the pan head screws for the outer part of the hinge missing.
