Pitman arm described as new. The box that the part came in clearly stated as remanufactured. There was some paint/coating in the splines that I couldn't scrape out without damaging the splines. I had to heat it up with a torch to clean the splines which wasn't that big of a deal. I sent the seller a message concerning the fact that it was a remanufactured part I received instead of NEW part that I ordered. Well it's been 10 days and still no response. QUALITYPARTSPLUS will never be used again!

NOT AS DESCRIBED! Sellers add implies sold as a set( in pics. and description) with bezel and lighter. I believe this is deceptive however, the price for what you get is very fair and it was shipped out very fast and extremely well packed. My mistake for not asking questions, sellers for lacking clarity. I would buy from again but be very cautious and question what is included in the sale.

I ordered a 2008-2011 rack. They shipped a 2003-2007 rack. The box had no packaging material and holes in both ends. Both hydraulic lines are bent and one will need to be replaced. Seller will not respond to multiple emails and requires the customer to pay return shipping. This is a deterrent to make you keep the incorrect part. I could have bought this incorrect part cheaper elsewhere. Seller has many bad feedback ratings and obviously eBay is ok with it. Find a different seller.
