Brought this item as new with tag on it. When received it was packaged very nice but when open difference story. Wig had tag on it but wig was cut by someone, was oily like hair products were applied. Hair net that was supposed to be around it was so stretch out it was used many times to get that way. They say no refund but it’s not as advertised it’s used. I want full refund and a return prepaid postage label. This wig should be discarded. I have cancer and have lots of wigs. I know difference.

If you received this wig in this condition, we apologize profusely. The wig is definitely not the quality that one can expect to receive. We do not know how this wig could have been cut this way before being shipped to you. Each wig is inspected before it is shipped and we do not have any used wigs in our stock. However, we do not doubt that your expectations were not met, and we have issued you a return label. Please send back the wig so that we may investigate what happened. We will refund.
