The Santa was damaged during shipment and I decided to keep it as is and hopefully repair the damage as I had the necessary piece to repair it. The seller came to a mutual decision to refund my purchase price minus a small fee for me to keep the Santa per my suggestion. She was receptive of this idea as opposed to other solutions we thought of. She was compassionate and apologetic for the damage. The item was meticulously packed and protected but somehow the damage still occurred.Great seller
