The Item Size was Incorrect. the seller did not check the item before listing. the seller Assumed the "stated" size was correct. it was not! instead of a 38x30 it was a 38x32. this basically cost me the purchase price, AGAIN to have these pants altered (I did not have time to return them).No PARTIAL refund was given and the seller said "They are as listed with clear photos and well worth the price." even though the PRINTED SIZE Was Incorrect.

The item was sold at a very discounted price and listed correctly. Also a return was quite possible but the buyer did not wish to return the item.
