    simple logic, refers to greats before him

    I have read Marcus Aurelius' Meditations, this book affected me in the same way. It seeks to provide timeless advice and sage wisdom in order to provide a new way of looking. I can identity the wisdom in this book as I have heard it in pieces from other authors but this is a very thorough read. I almost read it in a day I was so engaged. A motivational and inspiring book.
