This product is made from a hard plastic so the teeth are a little abrasive, do not mistake this product for the silicone ones advertised online.
This product is usable and does scrub your face so realistically it does what it says on the tin, however if you have sensitive skin and feel pain easily this might not be the product for you.

Item was supposed to come with 2 small screwdrivers as advertised in the picture of the strap I bought. The strap arrived with 1 screwdriver. I contacted the seller to explain and ask for another screwdriver. I also sent photos at their request on 25th Jan. I have not had a response yet, almost 2 weeks later, and have not received a second screwdriver. 2 small screwdrivers are needed to change this strap, which is why I chose to buy from this seller instead of cheaper sellers of the same strap.
