    Swanson the 4th lecithin brand I trier, first to work

    I read many places lecithin would enhance male performance considerably so I would up trying 3 different lecithin brands including one brand that was sunflower lecithin. None worked no matter the dosages. I know from experience Swanson brand has had superior quality in comparison to other generics so I decided to give Swanson sunflower lecithin a try and it worked. Recommended and recommended with use of Swanson standardized Pygeum also.

    So good so far

    It is so hard to tell with supplements if they are good or not. Nothing negative has happened so there is a good star. Now if I would only become much younger I would bet happy.
