Must restart when locked up by pressing the reset button on back of unit to do a full reboot. Very frustrating when riding a motorcycle and relying on the maps and need to pull over to restart the unit to be able to navigate. This is the second one of these I have purchased same problems with both I was told by seller maps needed updating right out of box which is a cumbersome process. Spend the money and buy a GARMIN!!!!

This is a common industry practice for such devices. The actual visible display area is slightly smaller, but this does not change the specified physical size
