I tried to contact Ebay and the seller. after a lot of searching I found that I could receive a phone call from customer service. when they called the connection was so garbled that I could not understand one word that was being said, I don't know if they could hear me. they tried to call back and it was the same thing, all I could do was return 10 pales and get a replacement. I ate the lose of $76.00
