I chose this brand of melatonin over others because my sleep doctor recommended it. She said the specific formula works to last through the night. I find that not only does it help me fall asleep, it helps me fall back asleep through nightly wakings. The one downside of REMfresh is that there are other brands of generic melatonin that are much less expensive. So you have to look for bargains on eBay or retailers that are having sales. I have even found coupons on rare occasions. Be advised that if you try this or any melatonin, you might not see immediate results right away.
