    Poor communication, poor description of condition of product, poor packing! Light pink VS bra was placed in a mailer with NO wrapping of any type! This item even though it had a tag on it has a Horrible odor! I tried to let it air out for a couple days after receiving, I ended up having to soak it in fabreeze to get the odors out! Poor presentation from this seller all around…

    BUYER contacted me multiple times for a discount, to check on tracking I have no control of, insult me and my merchandise, complain about the merchandise and NEVER RETURN IT!!! Buyer simply decided she got a great price on a brand new Victoria’s Secret item...so she will spend more time trying to ruin my business. My feedback and merchandise speech for itself. I have not dealt with someone like this for years.

    Seller allows offers on their items; I sent ONE offer that was accepted. There was NO mention of USPS error in my feedback as seller has NO control. I did verify ONE time that they put my address of 26 years on the package. When it did arriver there was NO response from seller about my disappointment of how item was packaged OR the AWFUL smell! Seller should respond to customers when the contact with an issue, a week was how long I waited to leave the original feedback, as of today still NONE!
