Glitter jewelled butterflies arrived on time and were exactly as described - an excellent product. Unfortunately one of the 12 butterflies was damaged during transit/postal delivery and the clip broke away from the body of the butterfly. The seller was extremely quick to respond to this problem and has refunded one x twelve of the product price, which I think is a fair resolution to this situation.
