I was charged as soon as the label was printed, but the item was never shipped. The status was "USPS Awaiting Item" until the date it was supposed to be delivered. The seller refused to take responsibility, claimed that the item was shipped, and that mistakes happen. They did offer to refund or re-ship, but refused to use a faster shipping method and insisted on shipping the replacement using the slowest method. The price dropped in the meantime, but they refused to honor it. Bad service.

Package was lost in the mail. I offered to re-ship or refund. Customer asked for a refund and refund was issued. Price oif the product did not change
