I am still waiting on my refund. The shoes were damaged and incorrectly made The shoes were badly misrepresented online. they are not as listed as they portray them to be. THE shoes were badly made with the letters placed in reverse and upside down. I tried to remove the letters but they're made out of plastic. THE GUCCI MONMOUNT LOGO "GG" were plastic and not metal . If you try to remove the letters they will break. I m taking the shoes to a shoe hospital to have letter

Total dissapointment, package should be delivered from Germany as described in the list description, but was sent from Pakistan. Also seller confirmed before buying in message that it will be delivered from Germany. I had to pay VAT, customs... Seller promised to refund my extra costs, but that never happend... Secondly ordered was 2-Piece design, I got 1-Piece design. Never again.
