Description of item is correct. New. The shade is accurate, + the shipping time was good. Five stars for getting the item, however the seller was not communicative, which made for a semi unpleasant buying experience. Advice to seller, if a buyer does send a message/offer, at least acknowledge it + write them back to discuss and/or negotiate. My offer was rejected numerous times. The counter offers sent to me were pretty terrible with being only sometimes like cents or a couple $ difference.

I received my eyeshadow palette exactly as described by the seller, so I am very happy. A few scuffs on the packaging but that was expected, and at such a great price I couldn’t be happier. I did not want to spend the original 130 dollars for this palette so when I saw it listed for half the price, I immediately purchased it after reviewing the store. Will likely purchase again!
