This hysterical sequel to the original BLUE BROTHERS comedy/musical makes good use of its copious celebrity cameos, which include appearances from old schoolers James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Eric Clapton, Bo Diddley, and Isaac Hayes in addition to bits from blues phenom Jonny Lang, Erykah Badu, and John Popper.

The VCR I have quit on me Upon further examination found a spring from a tape lodged on the feed reel That caused the player to overheat which in turn made the playback awful Once the audio went out had to order another VCR

I;m so sure that when this movie was made that they never expected it to grow into one of todays biggest cult classics. The movie was well directed and was just total comic pleasure. it will live on as one of the best films of our time.
