    I love flip phones!

    I wish they didn't remove the shortcut navigation feature.. Also the camera selfie taking with the back screen.... But it's still nice to have a 2017 flip phone. Love it!

    Poor choice for a cell

    Alcatel needs to get out of the cell phone business! This is the poorest flip cell phone I have ever owned! I use a flip phone as my fall-back cell in case I break or loose my smartphone. Older LG or Motorola flip phones run circles around this POS! I used nothing but simpler cell phones prior to 2019; they were all used and were either one of the previous brands mentioned. The features on this cell were mostly non-existent, I would classify it as a bottom-of-the-barrel 2018 cell that had some of the features of a year 2000 cell. Buy a higher-rated used cell.

    Great Value!

    I have only had this cell phone about two (2) weeks, but so far it surpasses my previous cell phone. It has features that the previous cell phone did not have. The only problem is that my sim card information was not transferred with the sim card and I had to manually re-enter contact numbers.

    Good phone

    it looks really nice as far as looks. shipping was excellent and fast ! although it restarts at times and the back light wont stay bright. im constantly having to adjust it in settings. and ringtone is not that loud. even on high setting I miss calls. and the other day I went to answer the call, the phone froze up and even when powered off it still was ringing.

    Not many choices for just basic phones anymore.

    Works well with T Mobile. (Also the only flip they offer but price was lower here). For me the down side is it has too many functions being 4G. I wanted something less "smart" My old 2G phone was easier to navigate when just calling and texting. With the additional functions, I need to complete additional steps to get what I want. The biggest down side is you cannot read the text outdoors. Even shading the screen helps very little. Had to go 4G because T Mobile does not support 2G any more and old phone did mot work well after they upgraded towers.
