This isn't quite as sturdy as the one I grew up playing with, but sturdy enough. It's definitely brought back some fond memories though! My son will be getting it in his stocking. I'm hoping, even though it's not electronic, he'll get as much joy out of solving it as I did!

when I was young, these were a lot of fun, they slid easily and were smooth, and would not fall out. later they made a similar one without the gold numbers, but they were dry and were not smooth to slide, like this one is overpriced for the quality. I also had to buy twice, since the first one never got to me...so no I would not recommend the toy or the company.
