VERY well packed, always a problem with print heads that might move. Described as untested but the item was fully operational, and works perfectly after cleaning the print heads. It needed a new Maintenance Box, but got that next day on Amazon Prime. A really good price compared to a new one, and even included part used original inks. Recommended Seller.
