I contacted seller and sent pictures b4 I attempted to open it. When I purchased the item it was sold with free shipping. Seller wanted me to pay shipping cost in order for them to send me out another one. We could not come to an agreement is why I’m now writing a review. I will never order with this seller again.

And there response was to give them my email address to go outside of eBay knowing about what was going on and pay to have a new 1 re-shipped. I'm not very happy at this point.
