Water cooler arrived this afternoon. Unpacked it and went to set it up. Heard some rattling coming from inside. managed to remove 2 different size screws but there is still rattling and I can find what it is. Took a flashlight and searched thru the coil... can't see anything. Pick up the machine, tilt it from side to side, front to back and still something either rolling around or something cause there is still a rattling sound. Don't want to plug in... what if fire? And can't return
