The shoe is absolutely beautiful. However once I purchased the shoe I noticed it hadn't shipped 2 days after I paid. I reached out to see when the shoe will ship. They responded after they actually shipped the shoe( a day later) only to inform me what I had discovered on my own; that the shoe had shipped . It was almost implied that I was bugging them.
