    I asked when my item would ship and got a message back in a timely manner, well things changed and I needed to cancel my order, so I messaged the seller only 30 minutes after I had received their message, and I never heard back from them again. Nothing. I asked several times to cancel the order and never got a response.

    I did not receive the item that was paid for. Asked seller for shipping updates but no communicaton. After a number of days, had to ask eBay to step in and try and resolve by requesting the seller send the item orderd. After no communicaton from seller, eBay initiated a refund. I dont know why the seller could/would not fulfil the order.
