I loved that the stamp came earlier than stayed, item was as described and communication was good. What I didn't like was how it was packaged. Thin shipping envelope, not bubble wrapped or protected in anyway from bending or tearing. Items like this need to have bubblewrapand inside a small box to protect the stamping image.
