I received the boots exactly as advertised by the seller. The quality, appearance, size, and timely shipping were very good. Unfortunately, the boots didn't fit me and I had to return them, but even the return was an easy process. The seller paid upfront for the return, so all I had to do was repackage the boots, print the label, seal up the package and drop it off at the post office. I didn't even have to wait in line.
