I ordered the correct item from another supplier but it arrived too late as I am in Australia and the customer cancelled the complete order so now I am stuck with rare specialist parts worth $100s of $ that will be of no use to me and not worth returning because of high post cost :(

I contacted them and it was immediately resolved with a new correct part sent and a return notice to send the incorrect one back.
