Postal service changed the way they process small items to Hawaii. They used to fly item in passenger planes now they put them on a boat which takes a couple of weeks to get to the islands. Neither the seller or myself knew the postal service made the change so it took a lot longer than expected. Seller was very accommodating. It finally came in just as described.
