The item received on October 11th and couldn’t make anything. However the seller was not helpful for tracking the item nor refund me so I had to issue dispute against. Anyway bad experience with customer service.Reply from: katymike- Feedback replied by seller katymike.- Feedback replied by seller katymike.The order was placed on 29 September, and you chose free delivery (Second Class) – which has no tracking and a longer estimated delivery time. A faster tracked delivery option was available, but at an additional cost. The item was personalised and dispatched promptly. Shipping is handled by Royal Mail, and once the parcel is handed over, I have no further control over delivery times. I’m sorry the parcel didn’t arrive in time, but I fulfilled my part of the process exactly as agreed.
