      POOR QUALITY

      DON'T BUY, If you're looking for a therapeutic ice pack. These never freeze or even reach any stage of therapeutic chill for any length of time. I've been using ice packs for 25 years due to a neuromuscular condition. This brand does not freeze and it will not stay even moderately cool for more than 5 minutes on a hot body part. I recommend cryopak as they actually freeze and stay cold, and will form to your body for good 30 minutes to an hour. When I try to return this they claimed I was incorrect and that their product never freezes. My question to the company is, why would you sell an ice pack that doesn't freeze and won't stay cold for people who need icing therapy?
